What NDEAM Is
National Disability Employment Awareness Month has run every October since 1988, led by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. The 2026 theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent”.
For us, NDEAM is more than a special month. It’s a time when the work we do every day takes center stage: connecting prepared job seekers with employers who recognize their talent, understand the value of what they bring, and are ready to open doors to opportunity.
