JOBSNOW.ORG IS AN EXCITING INITIATIVE POWERED BY INCIGHT
Since 2004, local non-profit, INCIGHT, has successfully assisted people in their search for sustainable employment. INCIGHT promotes inclusion in the workplace and partners with businesses and the community to connect skilled and talented candidates with employers that are interested in diversifying their workforce.

INCIGHT continues to expand it's reach under the brand JobsNow.org. Whether you are an employer looking to diversify your workforce with talented and passionate employees or you are a jobseeker looking to further your career, JobsNow.org welcomes you to our empowering events. Our in-person Job Fairs are held in the Portland Metro area and our virtual Get Ahead events reach across the nation!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We have one purpose: matching organizations and jobseekers for a long-term sustainable connection.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We do this by creating the environment necessary for success. We start by coaching our employers and jobseekers separately on how to make meaningful connections.
Next, we send jobseekers into the event in smaller groups, to eliminate long lines and a chaotic atmosphere.
Lastly, we offer additional services to the job seeker including job coaching, resume/cover letter reviews, and mock interviews via Zoom.
In addition to our Job Fairs we also host bi-monthly Get Ahead events which are virtual workshops that focus on job seeking skills.
